Return Policy

Upon delivery of products ordered from BetaParts.com, the customer agrees to thoroughly and carefully inspect all products and shipping papers.  The customer has up to twenty-nine (29) days, from the invoice date, to returned ordered products if needed.

 Return Process

  • Contact BetaParts.com (269) 201-7268
  • Carefully pack the products being retuned.
  • Include a copy of the invoice and an explanation of why the item(s) ordered are being returned.
  • Ship to: MX Parts Now / BetaParts.com, 3901 North M-140, P.O. Box 98, Watervliet, MI 49098
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number, to locate the product if needed.

 Product Returns

  • Products must be in new, un-used, un-installed, re-saleable condition.
  • Any package sent COD will not be accepted.
  • Once we receive and approve your return, the appropriate refund will be applied to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All products returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Please allow 10-15 business days for processing returns.

 Products which may not be Returned:

  • Electrical Equipment and their components may not be returned.
  • Special Ordered Products (Products which are not sold on the BetaPart.com website.) may not be returned.

Fitment Issues

  • The customer is responsible for checking the product application, prior to ordering, to verify that the parts selected are appropriate for the customer’s motorcycle.
  • BetaParts.com will investigate the cause of the fitment problem.
  • Replacement orders will be shipped only to the address used on the original order.

 Lost or Damaged in Shipping

  • The responsibility of products purchased, on this website, passes to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
  • BetaParts.com assumes no responsibility for loss or damage of shipment by the shipping carrier.

 Refused Packages

  • Orders that are returned to BetaParts.com as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be processed as a return, and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
